It was a fairly average winter afternoon and I was on my usual bus heading into the city to pick up a few last minute things for my 4th of July party. From my window seat, I could see crowds of people gathering in a long, frenzied line stretching past the KFC at the next intersection. What the heck? I thought to myself. That’s when I noticed the oh-so-familiar logo and pink and green signage announcing the opening of “Yogurtland.”
